Delete account

Leave CrewRoll whenever you choose.

In the app, open Account → Delete account. Without the app, sign in below to request deletion here.

What gets removed

Your sign-in account, profile, trip memberships, device credentials and associated temporary photo copies. Trips you host end. Photos already saved to anyone’s library stay there.

Deletion normally completes within minutes. Allow up to seven days during a service outage. Limited security hashes and safety records have the retention periods explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in or used an earlier beta, contact support@crewroll.app from your account’s email address with the subject “CrewRoll account deletion”. We will verify ownership before acting.
